- Receive breakdown calls from Drivers and provide repair facilities to take equipment to
- Daily monitoring of maintenance issues with tractors and trailers to include regular status updates
- Coordinate with repair shops and roadside services to minimize downtime for customer loads and drivers
- Research repair shops and services to coordinate cost effective and timely repairs
- Track, report and relay service information for all preventative maintenance and annual inspections services
- Initiate, audit and sustain all tractor and trailer maintenance files in all necessary systems
- Enter all maintenance invoices in the Transportation Management system
- Order and Maintain shop parts
- Additional duties
- 2 years of experience in transportation
- Organized and strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Suite with a focus on Excel
